Eligibility:
No one is excluded from visiting our properties. You must meet certain financial obligations and attend a ninety-minute personal guided preview of our resort in order to participate in this promotion. This offer is not open to current Festiva owners. If you do not attend the full presentation, the difference between the special package price and the currently published nightly rate for the applicable resort at that time, plus premium costs and taxes, will be charged to your credit card. Minimum financial qualifications: household income of $50,000 US and possess a major international credit card and personal identification.
You may not participate in this promotion if you have an open, incomplete package with Festiva, or have participated in a Festiva Resorts promotion requiring attendance at a presentation: (i) within the last three (3) years at the property or properties promoted in this offer, or (ii) within the last six (6) months at any other Festiva properties. If married or living together, couples must attend presentation together; individuals may purchase seperately. Offer valid one per family only. No groups, consisting of more than one couple traveling together, permitted.
Accommodation Details:
Reservations are on a space available basis. Savings and available accomodations may vary by season. Standard value of accommodations: $149-$279/night. Offer is for a minimum 2 night stay. Additional nights are available at a rate between $129 and $250 per night. Package includes accommodations only. All other charges, sales taxes, expenses, and the cost of travel are your sole responsibility and not included in this special rate. Holiday and high season rates may apply. Written confirmation required to check in.
Reservations:
Full pre-payment using a major credit card is required. This is a non-refundable, non-transferable advance purchase package. A $19.95 charge applies to each reservation change made after the initial purchase. Any change or cancellation made within 14 days prior to check-in will incur an additional $99. This fee applies to a no-show on the scheduled arrival date. Package expires (6) months from the date of purchase. This offer expires December 31, 2008.
Purpose of Promotion:
Promotions requiring attendance at a personal guided preview are for the purpose of introducing the benefits of vacation ownership. As a result of state registration requirements, guests may not be eligible to purchase a vacation ownership interest in the project where the sales presentation occurs. Festiva acts as an agent for hotel, attractions, and other services supplied as part of the vacation package and will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special consequential, or punitive damages arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. All operators, including hotels, restaurants and attractions mentioned are independent contractor suppliers, each of which has obligations toward and limitations in respect to liability to the purchaser directly. Festiva is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, terrorism, Acts of God, or any other force majeure. If advertised hotel accommodations are not available during the period requested, Festiva reserves the right to substitute accommodations of equal or greater value. This advertising material is being used for the purpose of the solicitation of the sale of a vacation ownership plan and is void where prohibited by law.
