- No pets allowed

- Check-in 4PM

- Check-out 10AM

- Saturday Night Welcome party 6-7PM

- Mini-mart hours of operation: Sun to Friday 9-5, Saturday 8-8

- Keys are left with security for guests who have not checked in while the front desk is open.

- Security is available during the hours front desk is closed.

- Energy Surcharge for timeshare guests:

- Junior suite and one bedroom: $35
- Two bedroom $50

- Front desk hours of operations (7 days a week) are 8AM to 8PM

- Max capacity:

- Two bedroom: 6 persons
- Junior suite and one bedroom: 4 persons each

Greetings Festiva Adventure Club members;

We would like to take this time to inform you of a change that has occurred within Festiva Resorts and the Festiva Adventure Club.

We previously had an agreement with the Windjammer Landing in St. Lucia in which we could reserve inventory for our Festiva Adventure Club members. That agreement has ended, and we are no longer able to fulfill any reservation requests for the Windjammer Landing. Consequently, that resort is no longer part of the Festiva Resorts family, and has been removed from our website.
