1. Check-in is at 3p.m. Check-out is no later than 10a.m. If a guest checks out late, there will be a $25 fee assessed per half hour the guest is late to check out.

2. Upon check-in a guest will receive keys to his/her unit. Each key not returned will be a $25 fee.

3. A guest is allowed to have a pet as long as they pay our resort pet fees. The fees are as follows:

a. 1-Time $25 non-refundable fee
b. $10 per night the animal is here
c. There is a limit of 2 pets per unit
d. This fee is per animal.

4. Upon check-out if housekeeping finds your unit to be in disarray there will be a $50 fee assessed.

5. There is a 2-night minimum stay for all non-owners.

6. Cancellation for all rentals must be done 24hrs prior to check-in. If guest calls to cancel with-in 24hrs of check-in. They will be charged one night plus tax.

7. If a guest makes a rental reservation and is a no-show they will be charged one night plus tax.

8. For guest staying a week or longer we do offer a Trash and Tidy, which is given on Wednesdays. If a guest would like extra housekeeping there are fees that apply.

9. On property we do have 2 pools; they are open according to season and only during the hours of 10am to 10pm. These hours are subject to change. There is not a lifeguard on duty.

10. Our fitness room is open during regular business hours. If you are under the age of 16 you must be accompanied by an adult.
