On behalf of the Board of Directors at Blue Ridge Village II, we are happy to announce that the Blue Ridge Village in Banner Elk, N.C., is undergoing renovations in BRV II units. Renovated units will feature new cabinets, appliances, furniture, flooring, flat screen televisions, granite countertops, remodeled bathrooms and energy-saving thermostat systems. These units will be a step up in luxury and comfort for all of our owners, members and guests who visit the Blue Ridge Village.

If you would like to preview the updated units, two units in building 11 - a one-bedroom and two-bedroom - have been completed to date and are open as models. Eight more units are scheduled for completion by late spring 2009, including four two-bedroom units and four one-bedroom units in building seven. We are hoping to make the renovated units available for occupancy by the end of April.

Our long term renovation and constructions plans at Blue Ridge Village II are to complete renovations on 15 units in 2009 and one building in BRV II throughout each year beginning in 2010. There are also plans to construct the first log cabin unit of the remaining development phase of Blue Ridge Village by the summer of 2009.
