No pets allowed. Must be 21 to make a reservation and check-in. 99% Non Smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted on the balconies. Check-In after 4PM, Check-Out 11AM.

Cancellation policy: 72 hours prior to arrival or 1 nights room rate will be charged.

No daily housekeeping services will be provided. Housekeeping services are available 'a la carte' and a fee will apply. Rates displayed and quoted are excluded of taxes and daily resort fee of $5 applies to all reservations

Greetings Festiva Adventure Club members;

We would like to take this time to inform you of a change that has occurred within Festiva Resorts and the Festiva Adventure Club.

We previously had an agreement with the Windjammer Landing in St. Lucia in which we could reserve inventory for our Festiva Adventure Club members. That agreement has ended, and we are no longer able to fulfill any reservation requests for the Windjammer Landing. Consequently, that resort is no longer part of the Festiva Resorts family, and has been removed from our website.
